These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by The Peace Center Gym (www.thepeacegym.com), a 24-hour private hybrid boxing and fitness training facility located at 4228 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90029. We offer personal training, boxing classes, 24-hour gym access, and related fitness services to our members and visitors.

By opting in to our SMS messaging program, you consent to receive messages relating to your inquiry for more information about our gym, classes, membership options, personal training services, and/or to book your introductory session or 1 Day Train & Gain Pass.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our website or opt in to our SMS communications. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use our services and participate in any physical training activities.

SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM — OPT-OUT & SUPPORT

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from The Peace Center Gym. Please read the following carefully regarding how to manage your participation in our messaging program:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY & RATES

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive between 5–50 messages/month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

CARRIER LIABILITY

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

GYM ACCESS & MEMBERSHIP

By purchasing a membership, day pass, or any access package, you agree to the following:

You will use gym facilities responsibly and in accordance with all posted rules and staff instructions
You acknowledge that physical training activities carry inherent risks of injury, and you participate at your own risk
You agree not to use gym equipment in an unsafe or unauthorized manner
Walk-in access, cash payments, and traveler access are available subject to availability and current gym policies
Membership terms, pricing, and access hours are subject to change with reasonable notice

CLASSES & PERSONAL TRAINING

Class bookings, including the first free class and drop-in sessions, are subject to availability
The Peace Center Gym reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or formats at any time
Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to trainer availability
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable advance notice
Refunds for prepaid sessions are subject to our refund policy at the time of purchase

USE OF WEBSITE & SERVICES

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

Use our website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
