What members say
- “Just the type of boxing class I was looking for. I want to move and throw punches like I'm training for an actual fight rather than a really lame aerobics class.” — ClassPass review
- “Great, very challenging class with Marcus — lots of conditioning and strength work, then hitting the bag and mitt work. If you're trying to push yourself, this is for you.” — ClassPass review
- “It was my first time here, and I had an amazing experience. Will be back every day. He's a great instructor and takes care of everyone.” — HIIT with Quintin
- “The studio is small and intimate, which was a nice change of pace from my usual class structure. Look forward to coming back.” — ClassPass review

What's included in the free 3-Day Training Pass?
Three visits on three different days. Join any group class — boxing, strength, The Forge, Hyrox, athletic performance — or book a private 1-on-1 intro with a coach. No credit card needed. Book Day 1 online and lock in Days 2 and 3 whenever you're ready.
Is the gym really open 24/7?
Yes. Members get secure after-hours entry to the training floor every day of the year. Coached classes run on the schedule above; the floor is yours any hour.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes — 1-on-1 and small-group training with a coach who builds the plan around your goal, schedule and history. Gym members can add one or two sessions a month to their membership ($75 or $125/mo all-in). Start with a free intro session on your Training Pass, or text a coach.
What is The Forge?
Our program for people who want to lose weight or build muscle. Physique and sculpt training with Carlos & Alice Villazon, coached and open sessions, and it starts with a nutrition assessment so the plan actually matches your goal. Included in Class and Gym + Classes memberships.
I've never trained before. What's a first boxing class like?
Warm-up, footwork and stance, then bag and mitt work with a coach correcting your technique the whole time. Every class is beginner-friendly and scaled to you — coaching over crowds is the whole point.
Can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome, cash is accepted, and travelers are welcome. When you arrive, scan the code at the front door or open the check-in page and enter your phone number.
What should I bring?
Comfortable training clothes, shoes, water, and a towel. We have gloves and hand wraps for your first boxing sessions.
